Leadership is often presented in the context of hierarchal ‘line management’. The resources in this toolbox support leaders who lead teams in this way, however, the resources also support the leadership of projects and specific pieces of work. The premise is seeing leadership as a relationship, that delivers the required results, in whatever context.

The desire of this Leadership Programme is that it creates space and provides resources for you to maximise your existing leadership strengths in whatever context, and to make changes and improvements as you progress.

Depending on the programme you are undertaking, you will be directed to different areas of the toolbox to undertake reading and self-reflection. Your programme may or may not be supported by additional books or another toolbox.
